Ghanaian international Kennedy Ashia has mutually terminated his contract with Sudanese outfit Al Hilal on Thursday evening.
Ashia brought his relationship with the Sudanese giants to an end just six months into his two-year deal with the club.
Reports were rife late April that the Sudanese giants has parted ways with the former Liberty Professionals talisman, but Ashia expectedly refuted the reports and urged everyone to disregard the information.
Reports claim the President of Hilal halted the club’s move to end Ashia’s contract termination in April following the arrival of new Rpmanian coach Ellie Blace, tasking the new trainer to make his own decisions with respect to player signings.
But the former Ghana U-20 player has failed to impress his new trainer as the club has officially announced parting ways with Kennedy Ashia on Thursday evening.
Ashia becomes the fifth foreign player to part company with Hilal after teammates Abeiku Ainooson, Nelson Ladzagla, Ivorian Cheikh Moukoro and Souleymane Cisse contracts were terminated.
