Black Stars Holds First Training In Accra Ahead of 2017 AFCON

The Black Stars have kicked off their preparations for the 2017 AFCON with their firs training on Wednesday (December 28th) at the St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School in Accra.

The final squad for the next year’s tournament is yet to be released, but at training a group of 22 players were taken through some drills.

There were new faces such as Nuru Suley, Ghana Premier League best player Latif Blessing, former Black Satellite shot stopper Lawrence At-Zigi and Bernard Tekpey who plies his trade in Germany for Shalke 04.
