Dreams FC versatile midfielder Godwin Horlali has undergone successful groin surgery last Tuesday and he is set to return to action in two weeks’ time.
The hard-working midfielder picked up the injury during the Kweiman based club pre-season preparations ahead of the 2016 Ghana Premier League.
Due to the injury, the 23 year-old box to box midfielder has been on the sidelines for close to three months and after his successful surgery, he is expected to be back on the field fortnight’s time.
“I had my groin surgery last Tuesday, it was successful and I’m happy for that. The injury has prevented me in playing for my club but after the surgery the Doctor said I can start playing in two weeks’ time.
I want to thank Dreams FC management led Kurt Okraku for their support, especially in making sure that i have the surgery. I will not disappoint them on the field when I return, my fans should be ready for me in two weeks’ time,” Horlali told GazzettaGhana.com.
