Official: Black Stars Striker Ebenezer Assifuah Signs For Le Havre

Ebenezer Assifuah has completed a move FC Sion in the Swiss League to French Ligue 2 out Le Havre.

The Ghana international joined FC Sion in 2013 and won the Swiss Cup in 2015. In the ongoing season he had played 14 matches and scored 2 goals.

Assifuah 23, has put pen to paper to sign a three and half deal that will keep him in the club until 2020.

Assifuah was selected by Black Stars coach Avram Grant to represent Ghana in the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Gabon.

Ghana won their group D opener of the tournament against Uganda, but Assifuah didn’t have a part to play in that game.

Le Havre are currently lying 9th on the league 2 league log.
